I was putting something in the bin just now and I smelled an unpleasant smell. Not unusual in the bin cupboard you might surmise.
I looked at the floor of the cupboard where we'd placed a soak mat to catch any drips from the newly installed washing machine and I noticed little black pellets.
On further examination it seems the filling of the pad makes for good nest material as half of it has been removed to who knows where.
The final and conclusive proof that we have mice in the kitchen.... Our cat, "Mouse" is desperate to get under the units and keeps sticking his arm in the stop cock hole.
Mr Fink, it looks like an evening of fun in the kitchen tonight. Xxx
