My lovely hubby is undertaking a charity bike ride next month, London to Brighton - 56 miles.
Last year when his mum was ill he met up with his cousin who does lots of charity bike rides (London to Paris is just one) and good ole Mr Fink decided he would do something worthwhile for charity too.
How's his training going? Well, he's bought all the gear, polished his cycle clips and checked out where all the hills are on the route....he's only actually been for 1 ride so far and that was with Little Fink.
If you can find it in your wallet to donate a couple of quid (don't forget to tick the 'yes' to gift aid box - it's free money for the charity) i will keep you up to date with his training regimen.
On the other hand, if that total isn't rising steadily, I'll post pictures of him in his Lycra cycling shorts.
