Two Pronged Approach to Pigeon Capture

This is the scene outside my little window at work.My 'Heath-Robinson' affair on the left and a borrowed squirrel trap on the right.
I called Dean down, he had a look but would not come near. The squirrel trap has been left overnight, so if he is hungry and brave, he'll be ready for me in the morning.
I have to catch this pigeon soon. a) if I don't the exterminator will get him and b) if I don't, the cooing noises from my colleagues in reception will never stop!
1 day left for Dean.
