Question...Guess who, on his/her return journey a couple of hours later, asked a 'scene-guarding' Police Community Service Officer (PCSO), "What happened here? I might have some information."
PCSO, "I'm not allowed to tell you."
Our Hero, "Well can you tell me roughly what time, whatever it was happened, I might know something important."
PCSO, "I'm sorry Sir, I can't tell you that."
Our Hero, "Well in that case, I'm not telling you what I know!" and promptly left the scene.
