- For all the 'horsey' rides you gave when their children were small and got carpet burns on your knees
- For all the times you slept in the spare room so the sick child could sleep with mum
- For all the play fights you let her win and the times you didn't push her off the bed
- For all the support and encouragement you give her during her activities and school work
- For going to ice skating lessons with her because none of her friends wanted to
- For not being upset when she gave up Ju-Jitsu
- For helping her build a gravity fed race car (and letting her do 'most' of the work)
- For stimulating her interest in computers, games and 'non-girly' hobbies
- For your unconditional love, I see it every time you watch her concentrate
