Today is mine and Mr Fink's anniversary, today we celebrate 21 years of being together. How things have changed. In the old days we used to go to a restaurant and be given the worst table in the house, we never complained if we were put next to the radiator or the chairs so mismatched to the table that our chins rested on the plates (our first date in 1989). Tonight we went to the restaurant where I proposed to Mr Fink on 29th February 2000 (Leap Year Day). On that day we took our own bottle of our favourite wine, Blue Nun, Alberto uncorked it and we had a lovely evening. Tonight I had orange juice, Alberto was still there and it was a lovely evening. In the old days when we got home, we'd 'change into something more comfortable'. Tonight this means my pink flannelette jammies and my towelling dressing gown!Mr Fink

(I joined a metal detecting forum yesterday, for my avatar I chose the bird you see above because I think it looks comical. I went back to the forum today to find the comment, "Welcome to the forum, nice booby." Oops!
