DAY 2.
Today he is quite light sensitive. Vision is very good considering how 'lazy' that eye is. He says the right eye with it's contact lens is more uncomfortable than the 'new' one. We're cleaning it with cooled, boiled water and cotton wool pads. He's also having antibiotic and anti-inflammatory drops 4 times a day. he was a little worried by what appeared to be a 'baggy' appearance to the covering of the white part of the eye (sclera).
Over all, he is happy and can't wait for the other eye to be done.
DAY 3
Again, less inflammation, good vision. He went for his check up and they said his eye appeared as one that had healed for 4 days rather than 2 and the baggy sclera was less baggy and the optometrist was happy that everything was fit and healthy.
While chatting to me later in the evening, Mr Fink accidentally brushed his hand against his eye aqnd experience instant pain. Hmm, praps we should be wearing the eye guard?
